Jersey Story....

Poor Jersey had a rough weekend... Little buddy got neutered on Friday and they had to pull some of his baby teeth that hadn't fallen out yet. He was a little groggy Friday night, but you wouldn't even know he had surgery. He isn't supposed to get his little incision wet and he is supposed to have low activity for the next two weeks. Well Jersey decided that he didn't care what the doctor had to say. He was frolicking in the snow all day on Sunday and he has been running around like a crazy dog.

Well we left Jersey with Parental Gould's on Sunday when we went snowboarding. The little stinker decided to go for a swim in the pond whether he fell in or got a little disoriented we don't know, but he went for a little dip. So much for not getting wet huh?

Snowbird Here We Come...

We hit the slopes for the first time this season on Sunday. We had the best time, the powder was perfect. I wish I could say the same for the roads and the parking lot. We rode Chickadee the whole time so I could practice getting off the lift. That was the scariest part and Wes was so patient! I caught on pretty quick, but I definitely had a lot of spills. I am definitely feeling it today!

As you can see... The little Toyota got stuck in the parking lot. It started out with Me and Wes trying to get the truck out. Then we made 3 friends that tried to help... then eventually we had to ask the Snowbird guy to help. Luckily he had some shovels and some salt to help melt the ice. After a good 45 minutes we finally got out!!! It's always an adventure wherever we go!

The First Snow Storm

Is it Christmas yet?

Who's is Whose?

So you are going to think we are NUTS, but the Christmas tree is officially up for the season. I couldn't wait any longer. We are so excited for our first Christmas together and can't wait to start our shopping. Oh wait we have already started that too. We decided to start a tradition this year... We are going to buy ornaments that represent events that happened during the year. So the ornaments this year will represent: our wedding, the Harley, Jersey and snowboarding. And if you know us at all of course we can't do anything normal, our Christmas tree is practically a Charlie Brown replica.
